Rachels chance at a better life!

My wife & best friend, wants nothing more than to be the loving wife & mother she was meant to be. For years now, Crohn’s disease, as well as multiple issues stemming from Crohn’s, has reaked havoc on her body, both mentally & physically. No longer can she play outside with Laynie, take a walk with myself, or do everyday activities, without becoming exhausted in minutes, dealing with constant pain & discomfort. 
No longer does she feel human to be honest, as she deals with constant pain, tubes running both into, & from her body, just to try & stay hydrated, & out of the hospital. These same tubes are constantly getting infected actually sending her to the hospital with sepsis, almost weekly.  We know the Drs & most nurses on a first name basis at this point. 
Instead of spending evenings & weekends as a family doing fun things, we have been spending most of them in a hospital room for the past couple years.
Now for my reason of a GoFundMe page: Rachel has been deemed a candidate for a life changing bowel transpant. A transplant that is extremely risky, however, worth the risk in order to have a better quality of life, a life as a loving mom & wife that she so deserves. Laynie, Peyton, & I want nothing more than to see a smile on Rachels face again. 
I don’t like asking for help much, but I miss my best friend & will do anything to see her smile again.
