Rachel Ehlert: Healing with Hope
Donation protected
Rachel Ehlert suffered from respiratory failure in her sleep on May 13, 2016. She was rushed to Grayling Hospital in Grayling, Michigan then was air-lifted to St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw, Michigan. The lack of oxygen has caused some brain damage. She continues to go through extensive testing to find the cause of the respiratory failure, how the damage in her brain will effect her and to prevent it from happening again.
All money raised will go Rachel's family to help expenses of food and travel of Rachel's family, as well as medical expenses for Rachel.
Rachel has touched so many lives while growing up in the Mio area. She recently took on the job of being the head of the Mio High School track team while working in the local and neighboring communities providing ABA services to children with special needs, as well as stepping in as a substitute teacher for Mio and Fairview schools. Those who have had the privilege of getting to know Rachel know that she is a beautiful person inside and out and very headstrong. She is a fighter and strong in her faith. Rachel is a very selfless person and it is now time for the community to come together for the Ehlert's.
Any donation will help immensly for Rachel and her family as she heals with hope.
Thank you for all of the prayers, positive thoughts, love and support for Rachel!
