HELP RACHEL ALFORD & BABY ISLA.

Hi everyone, as you probably know my friend and coworker Rachel Alford and James Vangel had a baby this past May. Little Isla Rose was born with Jeune syndrome which is a rare genetic condition in which some of Isla's bones are very small. Currently her rib cage is too small for her normal size heart and lungs making it impossible for her to breath on her own. Isla will need multiple surgeries as she continues to grow. Children's Hosptial of Philadelphia is the only hospital able and willing to do this complex surgery.  Rachel and James will be in Philadelphia for many weeks/months until they can complete the first surgery and will be flying back and forth for the subsequent proceduries. Isla's medical expenses are approaching the million dollar mark and her parents are unable to work while they are by her side in Philadelphia.
