Charlie Kelley Support Fund

This event is a "fun"raiser for our friends, the Kelleys. Their son Charlie is having brain surgery in July to cure him of a brain disease that causes him to have seizures.

So, at 10:00am on Saturday, June 17th, the challenge begins for men, women, children, and pets of all ages are invited to compete for the right to race Charlie "The Cheetah" Kelley.

Finalists will race against Charlie himself at 11:30am. Your sure defeat will be followed by a Hot Dog Luncheon.

Charlie Kelley is not your average kid.  In fact, when it comes to speed, Charlie wouldn't be your average Cheetah. Everywhere this 10 year old, track and field phenom goes, he leaves a trail of charred track behind him!

There is only one thing holding Charlie back.  He was recently diagnosed with a rare congenital defect in his brain, Arteriovenous Malformation or AVM.  Over the past few months this has caused Charlie to have seizures.  Obviously, this has been very difficult on Charlie and his family.

 The good news is that Charlie is going to have surgery in July to relieve him of this condition.  The bad news is that surgery is expensive and will require extended leave from work for his parents.  Thus, causing financial hardship.

Contributions to this fund will help the Kelleys to stay with Charlie as he recovers from this procedure.  Please consider making a contribution.
