When Coach Des and Coach Barry mentioned starting an age 9/10, 4 × 100 relay team and potentially taking them all the way to the 2017 National USATF Championship in Lawrence Kansas, it was a thought of what could be. Not always having a track to practice on,  these boys along with a few other teammates remained excited and motivated, and worked hard throughout the season to prove that they wanted it, and could do it. They got it done! On June 25th our relay team placed 5th in the state (NC) Championship, and on July 8th placed 3rd in the regional (NC,VA,MD) Championship. WE'RE GOING TO KANSAS (July 25th-30th)!

Seeing how track and field has been a means in keeping our kids active and into something positive, so many friends and family members have asked how they can show support in getting to Nationals, so we are making it nice and easy for those near and far to contribute. Our goal is $4000 ($1000/family) towards travel and lodging, but no amount is too big or small.  We thank you in advance for your awesome show of support as we Race to Kansas!!
