Laura Peña is arguably TAG Restaurant Group's most enthusiastic, optimistic, and passionate managers. Chances are, if you work for TAG Restaurant Group, she's managed at your location and has not only been a reliable colleague, but a great friend.
Unfortunately, on Monday February 19th, Laura was walking outside of FNG when she slipped and severely injured her ankle. She will be undergoing surgery in the coming days to repair a fracture, and will need to be off her feet for the forseeable future.
When working in the restaurant industry, being off your feet means being out of work.
