Jennifer's Memorial

Early in the morning on February 20, 2018, a friend of mine & the mother of my daughter Hayley's best friend, passed away from an overdose. As many know, the opiate problem in our country has become one of the worst, yet frequent forms of death that we are facing today. Jennifer Ann Godfrey was an incredible person & mother who fell victim to the opiate epidemic. Prior to her addiction, Jennifer was a dedicated mother who spent all of her time making sure her daughter was happy & cared for. Countless hours were spent making crafts, playing games, watching movies, baking & taking Vanessa & Hayley where ever they wanted to go. Jennifer's entire world was her daughter & she was Vanessa's. Unfortunately, Vanessa is now without her mom. I am asking all of you to please help raise the money so Vanessa can give her mom a traditional burial. Vanessa has been sent to live with her father, a non-english speaking Latino and has struggled to adapt to the changes in her living arrangements & is now having to learn to live her life without her mom. I am asking with all sincerity to please donate and help this little girl find the closure she needs.
