Prayers for Mindy

On December 26 my best friend of almost 30 years had a stroke and was airlifted to Medical City in Fort Worth. Although this stroke was mild, she suffered mild speech impediments, but we knew she was on the road to recovery when they released her to go home on the 29th of December. On December 31 Mindy suffered another moderate stroke and was air lifted again to Medical City in Fort Worth. This one was much worse, as of today, she is paralyzed on her right side and has very limited speech.
Only a month before the stroke happened the Dr's detected a large 2inch by 2 inch mass near her lungs. She went through a biopsy and it was determined it was not cancerous, however likely an operation to remove it would be necessary. They had a follow up appointment regarding the tumor that they were unable to make due to the stroke.
All in all there has been many days of work missed, and medical bills are starting to arrive. If you feel led at all to help these special people, please do! There will be a long road ahead, but nothing she cant handle! If you are unable to help financially, please PRAY!! We love her and Jay so much! They are supposed to be planning a wedding, as he proposed to her only months ago. Thank you all so much!
