Joey’s medical expenses

Joey has been diagnosed with stage 2 cancer. He has had surgery to remove what they could, now he is needing chemo. He does not have medical insurance so in order for all of his medical needs to be covered with some assistance, chemo treatments will have to take place in Lubbock. At this time he is unable to work, due to his surgery. We are asking family and friends to help us out with donations for our travel and lodging expenses along with the out of pocket cost we will need to provide for treatments . We were planning to have a bake sale and/or taco/brisket plates, but just received a call we will need to be in Lubbock Monday morning to stay for a few days for his treatments.  Timing was not on our side on that, this time. So with that being said, if you would be willing to help us out we would greatly appreciate it!!
