Tammy Rhodes (my mother) was diagnosed with Stage 3B Non Small Cell Adenocarcinoma Lung Cancer about a month ago. As anyone knows or can probably guess, there are alot of expenses (both medical and personal) that she will have to take on, on top of everything else. The point of this GoFundMe is to eliminate that financial stress as much as we can for her, so that she can just focus on fighting, treatment, and taking care of herself during these upcoming months, years, etc....
She lives in Picayune, Ms, but will have to travel every day Monday-Friday to Covington, La for chemo and radiation. The money will help with gas back and forth, paying for treatments or whatever other medical costs, lodging at times because she may not feel too good to travel back and forth and may need to stay in Covington throughout the week.
