New Sammy’s Cowboy Bistro, nationally known and critically acclaimed, has been lost in the fire that ripped through the Rogue Valley on September 8. Vernon and Charlene Rollins have welcomed lovers of fine food and good wine into their warm and cozy restaurant for over thirty years. The service was welcoming, Vernon’s wine recommendations inspired, and Charlene’s food dazzling and delicious.

They have lost everything because the restaurant was also their home. We are calling on our local community along with Vernon and Charlene’s admirers from far and wide, to support them as they try to go forward from this devastating loss. We realize that so many people need help right now as thousands of homes and businesses are gone, and any help would be gratefully appreciated.
