Rachel "Panda" Cline Memorial fund

Three people were killed early Thursday when a wrong-way drunk driver going 100 mph slammed into a vehicle on the southbound 101 Freeway in Ventura. Rachel Monique Hacker Cline aka Panda was taken from us way too soon Along with her boyfriend Brandon Thompson and dog Peeps. Sadly, she is also leaving behind two beautiful boys: Peter - 10 and Michael - 7. This Memorial fund is more than assisting with funeral costs. It provides an avenue for the family to cover these expenses while caring for her two young boys. Our hearts break for Rachel and Brandon's Family.
