Welcome to my GoFundMe campaign for The Red Plaid Suitcase, (formerly "Imagine Judith"), my new play...
A story about family, separation, and identity... And so what's this journey all about?
Well... after a year and a half.... Script finished, small performances with Q&A's in the book, new title, an opening in May coming in NYC, and just like that, the story is evolving. I am armed now with some of the most amazing collaborators in the world, and we are busy building the best production we can create, and hoping to share it all around the world. We need help in getting The Red Plaid Suitcase up on its feet in May, and then I am hoping to bring this work to Edinburgh, Scotland in August to be a part of the Fringe Festival. After that..., here's to possibilities!! I need to raise enough money to build the production, and then to travel and accommodate all that we need to put the show up in Edinburgh, where it is CRUCIAL to have our best possible face on, because that festival is where we will be in front of many people who can help to elevate this work toward a long and prosperous life, and so, onward we go, thank you to all who have already donated to our project, and now we are on to the next phase, and so this GoFundMe is ongoing, until we have everything we need to make all of this happen.
