"Badge Up"

"Badge Up" is a project that aims to offer skills-building classes to learners in New Orleans' Lower Ninth Ward.
Funds raised in this campaign will train instructors and offer STEM camps throughout all the 2020 Fall and Winter school holidays. We plan to also use these funds to buy equipment to start a "mini makerspace" that will stay in the neighborhood.
Following this pilot, stakeholders will work together to plan future programs around STEM workforce skills-building that will help the teens in these camps grow and prove their skills for job and income opportunities.
