"AJ" Glover fund

"AJ" Glover,  our assistant greens superintendent at The Aiken Golf Club, was badly burned in a freak accident while at home grilling. The gas grill apparently malfunctioned and engulfed AJ in flames. He suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns on over 20% of his body. He is currently at home after 5 days of intensive hospital care. He will undergo surgical skin grafts to portions of his leg and arms in the coming week.  AJ is healing slowly, and will not be able to return to his position at The Aiken Golf Club for several weeks.  AJ is a veteran of the US Army - he served in Korea with the 21st CID DET from 2012 to 2016.  AJ is hopeful his VA insurance benefits will defray a majority of his medical expenses, but he will still be responsible for thousands of $$ personally to cover the remaining balance.
