Quintopia Brewing Company Mutual Aid
A fire in downtown Quincy California on July 29, 2020 destroyed the Quintopia Brewing Co Production Facility, the Plumas County Crisis Intervention Center, and the West End Theater costume and props storage. The entire 5 barrel brewhouse was lost, as well as all the associated equipment and supplies. This fundraiser is to give Quintopia and the Hepner family assistance in recovering from this disaster.
Tom Hepner, founder and brewer, hopes to continue to brew with at the facilities of generous breweries in the area in order to keep the taproom open (which being across the street was undamaged). The amount of support from the community and the craft beer industry has been astounding. Rebuilding planning is already underway, but this will be a lengthy and challenging journey – financially, emotionally, and practically.
Show your support for this cherished local brewery by contributing what you can to the Quintopia Mutual Aid Fund.
Goal $25,000
