Queer Kid Getting Kicked Out

I recently came out to my family and it did not go well at all.  My mother tried to kill herself because "she can't live with having a gay son".  She kicked me out and is cutting me off financially.  I am also afraid for my safety as there have threats of violence in the past. I need money to relocate and get on my feet again ASAP.  I have a relative who can take me in, but I need to get across the country to stay with her.  Here's what I need:

Plane ticket
New cell phone ( my family pays for my phone now)
Money to replace the things I cannot get from my home
Money until I can get a job
