Dear family and friends:
God called home my brother, Quaneric Hicks a/k/a "Rudy", at age 22. Rudy was diagnosed with kidney failure four years ago, and has been battling dialysis treatment, and a weakening body over the years. At 4:00AM Tuesday morning, Rudy went into a cardiac arrest, then coma, and was unresponsive for days--with 0% brain function; and the doctors could not recussitate his life.
We solicit your help in raising funds for his burrial service provided by Mitchell Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday, September 16, 2017.
Rudy was my only brother, my best friend, a God fearing uncle to my daughter Kaylie, a faithful husband to wife Shan Hicks, and caring son of Coretta Hicks. In spite of his condition, he always maintained a positive attitude, a high commitment to his church, and an unwaivering trust in God. Help us to burry with the dignity that suits the life he lead.
