Nolan’s Bills

Donation protected
On Saturday September 15th at approx. 10:30 am Nolan Kortendick was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was involved in a serious car accident. What he thought was just another Saturday morning working on cars ended up being a day that would change his life in a matter of seconds. As a result, Nolan suffered a broken pelvis, broken ankle, and heel, a brain bleed, (stable now), ruptured spleen, a multitude of lacerations and contusions, and a crushed upper and lower jaw. He had an impailment of a foreign object to his throat that missed his carotid artery by 3mm. Nolan has spent his days since then confined to hospital bed; most of them on a ventilator. His is now breathing through a tracheotomy. He has already gone through 3 complex reconstructive surgeries and is scheduled for another surgery early next week. It is by a miracle that Nolan is here today and improving day by day.

Anyone who knows Nolan knows he is very generous with his free time; always helping others. In true Kortendick fashion (always thinking of others), one of the first questions he asked was if Landon had finished the car he was working on the day of the accident.

With a baby girl due November 11th, and a mortgage and truck payment, we are hoping to help him alleviate the stress of his bills. We expect he will not be returning to work for approximately 6 months but that could change.
