Pictured above are some of our athletes who completed the Dublin City marathon yesterday. In total we had 41 MTRs safely cross the finish line of the 2019 KBC Dublin City Marathon!!!!
We are very proud of all our MTR competitors!! We had some amazing PBs achieved, and we had several runners achieve amazing times on their very first marathon!!!! We warmly congratulate our first time marathoners and welcome them to the world of 26.2 miles!
Thanks also to our supporters and crew on the course yesterday, especially chairman Barry Evans who looked after us so well at mile 7 and again at mile 17.
We thank finally, everyone who donated to our fundraising efforts for SOSAD, by donating money, or raffle prizes or attending our fundraising quiz. Money is still coming in and a final total will be announced shortly. There is still time to donate!
