Medical Supplies for Ukraine

On Thursday, February 24, 2022, at approximately 5:00 a.m. EET, Russia started a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, a country of roughly 43 million people. Since then, about 1 million people have fled Ukraine, often standing in lines stretching for miles at the borders of neighboring countries in freezing temperatures. Millions of people are still left in Ukraine, many of whom require medical assistance.

 

We are the Ukrainian American Youth Association, New York City Branch. We have been serving our community both domestically & internationally since 1949, organizing fundraisers & events to help our fellow Ukrainians, and creating an environment where Ukrainian-American children can reconnect to their heritage.

 

Due to the current war in Ukraine, we are organizing a fundraiser to purchase the following medical supplies to support the humanitarian aid effort in Ukraine:

 

- Bandage Strips

- Big Cinch Abdominal Bandages

- Butterfly Strips

- Cervical Collars

- CPR Masks

- Dynarex Medicut Sterile Disposable Scalpels #10

- EMT Shears

- Eye Wash, 4oz.

- Medical Adhesive tape rolls (2 - 3" inches)

- Pain Relievers - Ibuprofen

- Pain Relievers - Acetaminophen

- Tweezers

- Tongue Depressors

- Triple Antibiotic Ointment (full size)

- Saline
