House Fire - Everything Lost!
Donation protected
Lost everything to a house fire, including the family dog.
On November 21st, shortly after 2:30pm, my youngest sister, Cheryl (Barkhouse), and her husband Gary Anthony of Lake Paul lost everything that they owned except the clothes on their back in a devastating house fire. One family dog was rescued but the other is missing.
They are a strong and close couple and have surmounted adversity previously. This time though, Cheryl has suffered a heart attack and is currently in the Kentville hospital awaiting transportation to Halifax for further care.
It is not just the large items that need replacing, but even most essential immediate things that we take for granted in our day to day lives: clothing, food, toiletries, etc.
Any monetary donation that you are able to contribute during these difficult times will be most appreciated.
Thank you.
