Food Trailer Start Up

I have an unemployed immediate family member looking to start up their own Food Truck (trailer) business to employ themself vs being unemployed. Finding work has been a challenge but too proud to ask for help.  This goal would be sufficient to add to what is already saved to get things up and running to start their business and employ others facing this hard time.
