Help Nicole get her smile back

About one month ago, my sister Nicole was playing slow pitch and took a line drive to the face. The ball instantly knocked out 6 teeth and split her lip wide open. After a long night at Emergency, the dental surgeon managed to reinsert all six of her teeth; this was something no-one had seen done before. They fixed her up with multiple stiches and wires, and sent her on her way. The next week she had to have six root canals to ensure no pain as the nerves were shot. She is still in an uncertain phase of whether or not her body will fully accept the teeth. 

After a few conversations, it became apparent how much it would cost to fix her teeth and bring her smile back to it's original state.... upwards of $20,000.00. It is unclear what insurance will cover, but it's likely she will have to foot most of the bill. If this was not enough, shortly before this happened, her home flooded and her basement had to be completely gutted. Talk about bad luck. 

But despite everything, Nicole has kept pushing ahead with a smile on her face. She's adopted the name chip, from us, and laughs about it all. She is a strong person, but anyone who has had missing or bad teeth can appreciate the confidence a good smile brings. I know this may seem like a lot to ask, and nothing is expected, but every little bit helps.
