ARIZONA GIVES DAY for Arizona Licensure!

Dietitians at the Table! That's where we need to be whenever it comes to medical nutrition therapy, prevention and treatment of chronic disease, and integrating food and nutrition into a healthy lifestyle. 

Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) are the sole medical professionals trained and dedicated to the knowledge, education and expertise of providing EVIDENCE-BASED nutrition information and Medical Nutrition Therapy for healthier patient outcomes.  RDNs are a critical member of the healthcare team, helping to safeguard a continuum of patient care in an efficient and timely manner.

Please join me in moving our great State of Arizona into the 21st century when it comes to recognizing the important role of the RDN and patient care!  We need licensure as AZ is only one of three (3) states/territories of the United States where our highly trained profession is not recognized with licensure, certification or title recognition.  And...the boundaries of providing healthcare are changing (See Licensure and Telehealth at www.eatrightpro.org/advocacy).

TIMELINE:  Between now and June 30, 2020 (may extend to 2022)

AMOUNT: $30,000 - $50,000    (already raised: $7,500)

AZ AND Member Prior to 2000:             $500 - $2500
Clinical or Long-Term Care Practice:     $250 - $1000
All Other Categories                                       $100 - $250
