Help me pay for Medical School

HI, I am a mother of four and I began my medical school journey two years ago. I will take my boards in the fall of 2012. In addition to medical school, I am getting my masters degree in Health Care Administration. When I am finished with both programs I will have accumulated almost $400,000 in student loan debt.
