College Visits

I unexpectedly lost my job with a start-up in December of 2017.  As much as I have tried over the last few months, I have not been able to secure another position.   I am doing everything in my power to save us from having to sell our house and move.   I've begun eating away at my retirement funds.  It is becoming very frustating as I've applied to over 100 jobs at this point.

I'm sure we will eventually get past this, but the awful part is that it falls at a critical time for my son, he is being invited to go visit colleges that want to offer him a position on their football teams (Yale, Harvard, Cornell, Penn, Air Force Academy, to name a few).  Needless to say, I cannot afford to do this and because of that he won't be able to go. 

I have decided to swallow my pride, and ask for help to raise money for these trips so that he can visit the schools and decide where he wants to go.
