Martina's Medical Expenses

Martina was involved in a horrific car accident on March 13, that required her to be extracted from the vehicle by using the Jaws of Life. Martina has sustained multiple injuries, including a broken collar bone, broken jaw, broken teeth, broken arms and hand along with a head injury and whiplash. Martina's injuries require several surgeries and a long recovery requiring 24/7 care for atleast the next 6-8 weeks possibly longer. Martina is a 16 year old Junior at Churchill High School, she works hard in her high honor classes, on her pom squad, basketball, track and swim team. She has such a kind and huge heart always helping out without being asked, volunteering at local shelters and soup kitchens regularly with her mom and siblings.
