Help After Apartment Fire

Donation protected
On Tuesday, April 13th, 2021 my sister's apartment building caught fire. My sister, nephew, and their dog were not home when the fire happened. When they got the call they rushed over and arrived to firefighters inside her apartment. They had to go through her bedroom wall to get access to the fire.

Their cat was hiding in the bedroom the whole time but she is healthy and safe now. We are so relieved everyone in the building made it out; however, they are currently displaced indefinitely.

They have lost everything, nothing is salvageable as their home and belongings are extensively damaged from smoke, water, and chemicals that were used to put the fire out. They do not have clothes, shoes, toiletries, food, etc.

Victims of fires face tremendous emotional stress and financial costs, and I am hoping we can help alleviate some of the stress that they will face as they begin to recover from all the loss.

We are incredibly grateful they are all safe and in good health. Every donation helps, no amount is too small. Please share also!

Thank you!
