Help me afford nursing school!

Hi my name is Jeff Higbee. I am a middle class individual with a single parent working mother whom is trying to put himself through nursing school. My divorced mother raised my sister and myself alone as a head nurse working nights in New York City.

I was drawn to helping individuals after interning at a nursing home and a rehab center as a High school senior. Now a-days I volunteer at my local Fire department as a internal firefighter, an Emergency department volunteer and an infectious disease department volunteer. While doing all of this, I work full-time. I have found my calling as a nurse by shadowing nurses and other medical professionals for free. I'm not asking for a handout, but rather an investment. This money will help me become a professional that will better communities and save lives! Your donations will assist me in application fee's and tuition fees.
