Life saving surgery

Hi my name is Tabatha. I'm trying to raise money to save my pup. This is gottem. He just turned 1. Gottem got into the trash and ate a rib bone on Thursday.  No vet would see him without upfront payment. I just got money today and had him seen. They did xrays and found the bone lodged in his small intestine.  His intestine and colon is very swollen and he has not eaten or had anything to drink since Thursday.  I only had $500 TO MY NAME THATS IT NOT A PENNY MORE.THey said he needed to be admitted but without the 1800 they sent me home with him after giving him fluids and meds to help him stop throwing up.  I know this is crazy cause I looked at them like they had 50 heads to once they told me that by 6 pm tonight he needs emergency surgery to remove the bone or he wont survive past 2 more days.
