Help Me Finish Nursing School

Hi! My name is Nicole and I hate asking for help but it is much needed.  It has been a long road to get where I'm at today and I don't want finances to stop me. I began college in 2007 and majored in Dental Hygiene. I loved it- it was such a great experience. My sister and I were in the program together and in 2010, it became too expensive for both of us to continue so we left school and came home. Life went on but I always kept the hope that I would be able to go back later. In 2012, my daughter was born and diagnosed with a genetic condition, Cystic Fibrosis. All of a sudden, we were visiting specialists and traveling to Phoenix to take her to the CF clinic at Phoenix Children's Hospital.  I quickly learned how to do the daily treatments and medications that are used to try and keep her as healthy as possible. The CF nurse at PCH has always been very supportive and encouraging throughout the years. Having this experience made me want to pursue a career in nursing. I would love to be able to help others in the way she helped us. Luckily, I had completed almost all of the nursing prerequisites because they are very similiar to Dental Hygiene ones. In 2015, I enrolled in online classes to finish my prequisites and applied for the BSN program at NAU. I was so excited to find out that I got in! Fast forward, I am now in my 4th (out of 5) semesters of Nursing at NAU. It has been everything and more than what I was expecting from it! I am asking for help for paying for tuition, traveling expenses to clinical sites, books, and child care expenses. I no longer qualify for the pell grant due to getting it for 6 years full time and have hit the lifetime loan limits for federal student loans. I don't want finances to affect me this time around and would be forever grateful for any donation and shares. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
