Fertility issue

Hi,my name is Emily woods.i was diagnosed with a rare fertility condition called ashermans syndrome.Ashermans syndrome is scarring of the uterine cavity due to repeated d&C's due to miscarriages.Ashermans syndrome also effects a woman's fertility.i suffered 2 miscarriages in the past 9 years and I had to have 2 D&C's.the second D&C was not successful because I found out 3 months after I had the D&C that there were still retained products of conception left in my uterus.so I had to go for an emergency D&C to remove the products of conception.after the D&C I lost my menstrual cycle for a year which was not normal.i was unable to conceive over the years and couldn't understand why.but then I seen a fertility specialist and he diagnosed me with having ashermans syndrome and that the cavity of my womb is all scarred and one of my fallopian tubes is blocked due to the scar tissue that had developed in my womb due to repeated D&C's.The specialist told me that I would never be able to conceive again.for6 long gruelling years I never knew I had ashermans syndrome until 2020 is when my specialist told me. This whole experience I have suffered has left me feeling so upset and distressed and to hear this awful news from my specialist was agonising because I was hoping to be able to have more children.i have already 2 beautiful daughters and they are a blessing to me. My specialist has explained to me that my condition is treatable.but there's nothing he can do for me.he recommended a top specialist over in London who specialises in ashermans syndrome and how to treat it with surgery.so I'm hoping I can raise some funds to go to London to see Dr.Lower and for him to treat my condition. So that I will be able to conceive again would make me the happiest woman because at the moment and for the past 9 years i have been miserable with myself over what has happened to me .This fundraiser would help me so much and feel so important to me. The funds will be used for appointments to see Dr Lower also the surgery to remove the scarring from my uterus.this is an operation called a hysteroscopy.and also travel and accommodation to stay over .thank you
