Kenny's Top Surgery

My names Kenny, I recently just graduated high school and I'm about to begin my life at college. Over the summer, I have been working with different people to get my top surgery done before I would start my classes in the fall, and when everything was set and my surgery date was planned, my insurance company told me that they would not be covering the cost days before my appointment. I am out of options to pay for it and I'm not sure what else to do
