On behalf of Penny’s husband, Victor Madero, and family, we are heartbroken to share the unexpected passing of our beloved Penny who left us just a day before Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2024, after bravely battling cancer. Penny was not only a devoted wife to Victor, who is currently incarcerated, but also a cherished daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother.

As we come together to honor Penny’s life, strength, and unwavering love for her family shone brightly through both her happiest and challenging times. She stood by Victor’s side, demonstrating a bond that was truly inspiring. Her warmth, kindness, and laughter touched everyone who knew her, leaving an indelible mark on our hearts.
