Fighting Stage 3 Colon Cancer

I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon cancer on June 25,2020. On July 8, 2020  my colon was removed and the first week of August was my first Chemo appointment. I was initially told that I would have to have 1 full round of Chemo, but that has since been amended to another cycle which will take another 5 months. Due to the pandemic I have not been able to work except little jobs where I am not around anyone, and with my chemo treatments, I am not able to work in the cold as my job requires. I have 4 kids, two of which live with me. My daughter is 17 and my son is 12
I have applied for Disability and Food Stamps. I've applied for medicaid. 
I am told that there is a 5 month waiting period for disability. I can't pay my rent (going to be evicted on Thursday) and I have two kids that live with me. My phones and internet will be turned which will not allow me to work even a minimal schedule.
I am asking for help so that I have a place to live for myself and my kids. We are not having a Christmas this year for obvious reasons.
