Medical bills and car repair

I was scheduled to graduate from law school in 2013 and three weeks away from graduation I had a stroke.  My right side was completely paralyzed.  I lost my ability to speak, to perform normal tasks such as being able tie my own shoes, to walk and when I regained my speech, I had aphasia.  I was told I would not be able to return and complete law school, my cognitive abilities were greatly decreased and no one, my therapists nor  my doctors expected me to recover enough.  Fast forward 3 years and I have returned to school and am on the brink of completing law school. 

My doctor said I  had another stroke but it was not as severe as the last.  There are some procedures and tests I need done but there are co-pays that I cannot afford and on top of that I was in a car accident recently.  I need repairs done on my car that I cannot afford.  But I need my car for doctors' appointments .  I am currently on disability and while I do receive a paycheck each month, it was not enough for my normal bills, medical procedures and tests. and a car repair bill.  At this point, I am at my wits end.  . 

I am asking for help because I have asked every agency for help and been told no.  I was supposed to finish law school this semester but due to the stroke and the other issues that will not happen in December.  I am confident it will next semester.  This has been  a long journey, one I never imagined would take this long.  But I am thankful to be alive and ready to graduate.

If you are able and willing to help me get the medical procedures and tests done and get my car reapaired, I would greatly appreciate the help.
