Knee surgery put me out of work

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. I am a single mom and own a cleaning service that I am attempting to grow it now that the kids are older. My efforts have been stalled though due to a string of bad luck.
Recently I could not figure out where my money was going. I now know. In filing my taxes I discovered that my identity had been stolen along with my tax refund. This hacker has also compromised my bank account and other monies taking thousands, none of which has been recovered yet. I am now very behind on my mortgage and on the verge of losing my home. My home is the first thing I have been able to gain from my hard work and am asking for everyone’s help not to lose it not only for me, but for my son who is a full-time student living at home.
In addition to the fraud, my home (as I have recently found out) had a defect in it when it was built. I now have to replace the floors and everything underneath. Since this was a pre-existing condition, my homeowner’s insurance will not cover it.
The overall result has forced me to hire an attorney and file for bankruptcy. I went to court yesterday and successfully arranged a new payment plan for the debt that has come of all of this but am unable to come up with the needed funds by the deadline of October 7th.
