Doggy hit by truck needs help with medical bills

Monday evening around 5pm, Jason was driving over Robinson bridge in Woodworth louisiana to pick up our son. What he saw then was shocking..a big pickup truck ran over something and kept on going.. when jason got closer he saw that it was a small dog!! The dog was barking for help and partially flattened. Jason pulled over and got out to save the dog. He bundled her up and took her home. We cared for her through the night, not knowing if she would die from internal bleeding.
Tuesday morning we took her to the vet. She was checked out and the vet said she will be fine! She will have to be on pain medication for a few days but should not have any lasting injuries! It is a miracle.
The reason I've created this page is to help us with the vet bill. We really couldn't afford to pay a $300.00 for the vet..but what kind of people would we be if we let her suffer without treatment?
