Puppy and Farm Animals Abandoned

Hello, my name is William. I'm starting this GoFundMe for an event that's out of my control.

In September 2023, a woman I've been in an off-and-on relationship with for 8 years contacted me. She invited me to come visit for the weekend to rekindle our relationship. After the weekend she asked me to relocate (3 hours distance) and bring my farm animals to the cabin out in the country where she lived. I am in love with this woman and was more than excited for the opportunity to be in a relationship and to homestead with her. A ring was purchased and we got engaged.

2 months later, thousands of dollars were spent to ready the property for animals and choose a new livestock guardian puppy that we both wanted, she admitted to an affair and moved out. Leaving me and the animals at this property until the lease in her name is over and without transportation. We were sharing her vehicle due to the recent breakdown of my work van.

Where I'm currently staying is 30 minutes south of Knoxville, TN. I drive to work in Nashville and drive back every day I have a job. The cost to rent a vehicle is $500 a week plus gas. I have no problem with paying for this for a short period of time. The issue I have at this moment is being low on money due to rental costs, moving, and buying an engagement ring which has turned out to be money just thrown away.

I have until the end of December to move out of this property and find a location where I can bring my Kangal puppy, 30 chickens, and my belongings. Renting with animals is difficult, and without transportation, I and my animals will be homeless come January. I hope that there will be enough people sympathetic to the situation I'm in to raise money to buy a used work van so that I can get back and forth to work and find a house in the country to rent. I'm not asking for a handout, just a hand-up... Please and thank you!
