Toa Alta, Puerto Rico Mission Trip

Over a year ago God led me to Liberty University to study Religion for mission work. I am currently taking classes online as a full time ministry student through Liberty Universty School of Religon and working part time at Hope College. My wife and I have three children, ages 13,12 and 7.  My wife Jennifer has a passion for children and would love nothing more than to hold babys who have no one to hold them. Our passion is sharing Jesus with the world through unifying different ministries and churches. However, we are fully awear that the Holy Spirit may move in ways we do not expect. God has recently allowed my family and I to visit Puerto Rico. We went down to visit and enjoy the weather and maybe connect with a church. What we came home with was a love for the people, culture, the church in Puerto Rico and humbled hearts. Since then my wife Jennifer and I have been praying and God is calling us to do mission work there. We have connected with a church in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico. This coming May Jennifer and myself will be headed back and we are praying for God to bring is one other person. We will be meeting with Pastor Angelmiro Rodriguez from The Evangelical Pentecostal Churches Council in Puerto Rico. We will be discusing specific needs in the area and what our relationship looks like. We also hope to connect with an orphanage that Jennifer can volunteer at. The purpose for this fundraising mission is to raise money for three plane tickets to Puerto Rico. The total amount for three plane tickets is $1245. We are looking to raise $1500 so we have enough money for food,gas and other expenses for 5 days. This church is passionent about their relationship with Jesus and is very excited to see what God does through this trip. By donating to this trip you will be helping us connect the church in the Contential United States with the church in Puerto Rico. Thus starting the unification process that the chuch needs to effectively spread the gospel to all nations as commanded by Jesus in Matthew 28:18-20. Every donation helps big or small so don't feel like you cannot help. We will be praying through this time of fundraising for God to send us our needs.
