Publishing Arlington Book-Arts Scholarship

Donation protected
Hello, Arlington community!
Three local businesses worked together and have written and illustrated a children’s book featuring a heartwarming story about a child joyfully experiencing Arlington’s Hometown Holidays with his family (and Santa!). The goal of the book is to support an Arts Scholarship addition to the local Dollars for Scholars scholarship program this December to be awarded to selected Arlington senior students graduating in 2024.
We are asking the community’s support funding the publishing, printing, copyrighting, and ISBN creation (unique 13-digit number used by publishers) necessary to bring this book into the hands of our community. We plan to host book-signing events downtown where the community can meet the artists and purchase a signed copy of the book. We will also sell the book at participating stores and online, with all profits being used to support the Arts Scholarship/Dollars for Scholars program.

Thank you so much for your contribution to our project and community!

Sincerely,

Tina Richardson, Hometown Candle Co. and Celebration Gift Baskets
Lori Angdahl, Happy Little Painter Co.
