Lowcountry Mental Health Fund
Donation protected
During the Covid-19 Public Health Crisis, funds are needed to provide on-going mental health services to people who are currently unable to pay out-of-pocket deductibles or are uninsured. The current health threat as well as stay-at-home orders has heightened most people’s normal levels of stress and, for some, increased their risk for suicide, anxiety, depression and feelings of isolation. Providing telehealth services with a behavioral health professional can help them better manage these on-going stressors and develop strategies for coping. For people with pre-existing mental health disorders, it is especially important that they remain in active treatment with a therapist. If you are able and feel called to do so, please donate. Mental health services are more essential than ever. We are all in this fight together, although some of us need more assistance than others to get through it.
