Protective Back-To-School Gear For Teachers

I'm raising money for the teachers at Mt. Blue High School in Maine, in hopes that they won't have as many out-of-pocket expenses to purchase protective gear to wear in their classrooms leading up to the reopening of school.

Mt. Blue High School will be returning to in-person schooling this fall, with many teachers falling in the high risk age category for COVID-19. 

Although there will be district money from the CARES act, PPE has not been distributed to teachers thus far, and it hasn’t been announced to them what will be distributed and when. 

Donations will cover the expense of purchasing protective gear, and also plexi glass to make partitions around desks if teachers so wish. 

Any donation amount helps, to act as a buffer for the time being.
