Now is the time to say NO to the nuclear waste dump for high level radioactive waste in South Bruce, before it’s too late. This nuclear dump would house high level waste from across Canada.
There are many reasons we don't want this. We are in the Great Lakes Water Basin, the largest source of fresh water in the world. An accident or leak with the DGR could affect our drinking water, our health, and our environment. Housing a nuclear waste dump could cause adverse effects to our wide array agricultural products.
Safety cannot be guaranteed and it’s not worth the risk to our citizens or our food supply.
With your donation, Protect Our Waterways – No Nuclear Waste (A Canadian Non-Profit) can continue to work towards ending the proposed project in South Bruce. We are a grass roots funded non-profit that needs your help to cover legal, advertising, postage, lawn signs, bumper stickers and campaign costs.
