Proper burial for our veteran

A dear friend of our family, veteran John M. Perkins, passed away on September 29 in hospice care from a multitude of chronic health problems. He was a great family friend who loved the Cleveland Indians more than anything in the world. His happy place was either watching a game or hanging out with our dog Roman. He was a best friend to my mom and our family in his last few years. Unfortunately, due to chronic illness, he didn’t have funds set aside for this day and he doesn’t have any family or close friends able to help cover costs. John didn’t want a funeral, he just wanted to be laid to rest next to his mom at All Souls Cemetary. He has a plot already, but as one of his few close friends, we are asking for help to cover the cost of cremation and burial. Please help us lay our friend to rest properly. Anything helps!
