Project Rescue Abuela

As you all know PR was hit with a category 4 hurricane. The island is 100% without electricity as well as limited communication due to non functioning cell towers. If you know me well, then you know that my grandma means the world to me and as of right now we have no way of communicating with her.  What we know is that her town was evacuated due to excessive flooding. We have no way of knowing if she personally evacuated her home and is in a shelter or stuck in a flooded home. My grandmother is 78 years old and alone and we are very worried. My mother and I are going to PR to find her and bring her back to Florida, as well as my mentally ill aunt who is also currently missing. We were not financially prepared for transporting ourselves or our family members during this time nor for what might await us when we get there. We just know we have to find Abuela and hopefully all the pieces fall in the right places so that we can bring them back home to a safe place. Any help that we can get would be greatly appreciated.
