Welcome to Project BEAUTY for Tiff!
Many of you know about the recent diagnosis of our dear friend, Tiffany Roybal. The outpouring of love, support, and help the Roybal family has recieved already has been extraordinary and welcomed beyond! It is a testiment to just how amazing Tiffany is and loved by so many!
When she shared the news with me, it was a converstaion I prayed we would never have. When I heard the quiver and emotion in her voice when she explained to me that she would be undergoing aggressive chemotherpy treatment and the result would be hair loss within a few weeks, I KNEW this was something she needed extra love and support with. We talked about how she will have a long road ahead of losing her hair, having it completely gone, and eventually growing it back. Tiffany then expressed wanting to find a wig that would help her feel beautiful and feminine through this difficult process and asked if I would help find one with her. YES!
In researching choices and types of wigs, I joined forces with Jennifer Duren and we quickly realized that these wigs can be quite pricey! Jen and I knew we had to help! Tiffany and her husband TJ have four gorgeous children and with all the added stress and expenses they have to endure, we didn't want her worried in any way about how to purchase one! That is where you come in! We know if we join forces with our other amazing friends, we can help Tiffany purchase exactly the wig she will need to achieve: Project Beauty for Tiff! And give her some "normal" in her life while she wins this battle against cancer! We have a goal of $2000 because a real hair wig can be anywhere from $1500-$2000+ and synthetic wigs can be $700-$1000. Depending on the one Tiffany chooses we may have enough to provide a couple different looks.
We are looking to raise this money by 12/29/17 so we can provide Tiffany with this gift before she has to lose her hair. We THANK YOU for helping us wrap Tiffany in the love and woman support we know we would all do for each other!
