It was my life’s work, my gift through providing clinical exercise and rehab to the ageing population and furthering my reach into disability. (started all before any Medicare, health insurance or NDIS funding!)
Typical patients included post op rehab, joint replacements, arthritis, pain management, stroke, osteoporosis, cardiac issues, pulmonary issues, diabetes, frailty etc
A downward spiral occurred in the hands of a health insurance company, who’s activities are mysterious and malicious, abused their position and power to wield their unconscionable behaviour towards my business. Lies, code swapping, discrimination, sweetheart deals, bullying to name a few. Systemic ILLEGAL activities have just surfaced in the industry.
I am gutted, but still motivated to help others. My journey has taken a tangent by going down the track of collecting stories about YOU, health insurance victims and creating a documentary about the truth in the system.
People happily pay funds into their ‘health insurance account’ to be rudely shocked one day when they need to claim.
I am hoping that a minute fraction of this multi BILLION dollar industry, can be gifted to this go-fund-me cause, to bring about transparency and honesty.
I am on the lookout for Australia’s Michael Moore! The maker of Sicko.

XXXX is a passionate health advocate for a leading not for profit organisation. He spends his focus and energy on assisting people,
who fall between the cracks of the health system. He shares with us his unique experience, insights and opinions. This documentary will be in a stark black-and-white format style, which intends to awaken people‘s awareness, as we delve into the untold, until now, real scenarios that will shock you. (It will be infused with elements of observational style filming in public places, where disability hurdles arise and random public interactions occur.)
