Want to join me in making a difference? I have an event coming up on Oct. 3rd. Quick back story. My husband was released from prison three months ago. We met on a pen pal site. Been together for a little over two years. I have a three year old 16 year old. 
  I'm bringing together a group of people for this fundraiser to bring awareness to how we all suffer from mental illness. Everyone deals with a crisis at some point in their life. My 16 year old son is currently going thru one now. He has been on the Ackerly Unit for 5 days and he is not being discharged any time soon and because of Covid we can't have in person visits. 
  The event I'm creating will be held in Louisville Kentucky. I will post updates in my Prison Families group. The funds I receive thru here will help pay for the event itself and the rest will go to Suicide prevention and prison reform research. There will be entertainment and that is being donated by the performers. Mental Health needs an overhaul. Veterans need help. Prisoners need help. Our kids need help.
